You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Luna Vibras. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Returns
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information about shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. To request a return, email lunavibras.customerservice@beeraecreations.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the item is received and inspected.
Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange unused items.
