Luna Vibras Shipping Policy

At Luna Vibras, we understand that receiving your sacred tools is an important part of your spiritual journey. We’re committed to ensuring your order is processed with care, packaged with intention, and delivered to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • US Military APO/FPO addresses

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Processing Time

Standard Processing: 2-4 business days

Apparel Items: 3-5 business days

Custom/Personalized Items: 5-7 business days

Ritual Kits: 2-4 business days (each kit is blessed before shipping)

Orders placed after 2 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays, honoring our team’s sacred rest time.

Fragile Items

Crystals, candles, and other delicate items are carefully wrapped and packaged with extra protection. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

Herbal Products

All herbs are sealed in airtight containers to preserve freshness and potency. Some herbs may have shipping restrictions to certain states - we'll contact you if this affects your order.

Ritual Kits

Each ritual kit is blessed with intention before packaging. We include care instructions and ritual guides with every kit to support your sacred practice.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Directly on the carrier's website

Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS or UPS, Luna Vibras is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Ownership of packages transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If you experience a delivery issue:

  • Marked Delivered but Missing: Please first check with neighbors and around your delivery area. If still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Lost or Delayed in Transit: You will need to work with the carrier to open an investigation or claim.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at luna.vibras+shipping@beeraecreations.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

While we cannot take financial responsibility for carrier errors, we want you to have a positive experience. Our team will do our best to guide you through the claims process and support you however possible.
