Refund policy

We want you to love your Luna Vibras products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused items under the guidelines below.

Returns for Refund

  • You may return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
  • “Unused” means unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that are opened, worn, or used are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Email returns@lunavibras.com with your order number and reason for return to request authorization before sending any items back.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for sending your item back. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from delivery to exchange any unused item.
  • Contact us by email at returns@lunavibras.com before sending your item back to confirm exchange availability and receive authorization.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If an item is no longer available, we may offer an alternative item or a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email returns@lunavibras.com right away with your order number, photos of the items and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Opened herbal products
  • Used or burned candles
  • Digital guides (all sales final)
  • Any item marked “final sale” at the time of purchase

Additional Details

  • All returns and exchanges require prior authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Products may have limited quantities and are subject to availability and approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or we made an error.
